How long will it take for me to receive
my Compatibility Report/Analysis?
Is expedited service available if I need the Report sooner?
In general, you should receive
your compatibility product within 5 business days of ordering. We
will contact you directly (via the information you provided on your
order form) if your report will take longer than 5 business days.
If you would like to inquire about expedited service, feel free
to call us during normal business hours at (510) 490-1111 at any
time after submitting your order, and we will do our best to accommodate
your request.
How
will my Report/Analysis be sent?
Are there any additional charges for Shipping & Handling?
We ship all our compatibility
products via overnight delivery using Airborne Express. The cost
of shipping and handling is included in the purchase price,
so there are no additional charges for delivery. Please contact
us if you have any questions about alternative delivery methods.

long will it take for me to receive my Compatibility Report/Analysis?
Is expedited service available if I need the Report sooner?
In general, if you selected the email or fax
delivery options, you should receive your Pedigree Profile within
1-2 business days of ordering. Please allow for additional days
for U.S. Postal Service delivery time if you elected to receive
your Pedigree Profiles via regular mail. If you require expedited
service, please call us during normal business hours at (510) 490-1111.
Are there any additional charges for Shipping & Handling?
No, the purchase price includes the cost of the
three standard delivery options available through our website order
form (i.e. email, fax, and regular first-class domestic delivery).
If you require overnight or expedited mail courier service, an additional
charge will apply. Please call our office for details.
